Information we collect

• Identity and account details, including name, email, authentication details, and preferences.
• Reveal responses, corrections, summaries, evidence records, progress, stage history, tasks, and approved calendar details.
• Payment, entitlement, refund, and chargeback metadata. Payment providers handle full payment-card details.
• Technical, security, diagnostic, cookie, and usage information needed to operate and protect the Services.
• Support communications and information you choose to provide during an engagement.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the Services, preserve your record, connect later stages, process payments, manage entitlements, support calendar deployment, communicate with you, prevent misuse, investigate disputes, improve reliability, and comply with law. Automated tools may organize, summarize, or generate content, but output is not a diagnosis, verdict, or declaration of calling.

Cookies and service providers

Necessary cookies and browser storage support authentication, progress, and session continuity. Optional analytics run only when enabled through the cookie preference. We may use providers for hosting, databases, authentication, payment, email, calendar, security, analytics, and AI-assisted functionality. Retention and choices

We retain information as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, preserve continuity, maintain business and payment records, resolve disputes, protect security, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion by emailing orientshift@gmail.com. We may verify identity and retain limited information where law, security, fraud prevention, or a dispute requires it.

Security and sensitive information
