Agreement and provider

These Terms govern use of OrientShift, including the website, Mini-Reveal, Full Reveal, Reorient, Stewardship, Steward Companion, related applications, and services. The provider is Big BAM LLC, doing business as OrientShift. Our mailing address is 3042 Maracaibo Way, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404. Questions may be sent to orientshift@gmail.com.

What OrientShift provides

OrientShift provides structured reflection, recognition, reorientation, modeling, stewardship planning, and related support. The work is not medical care, mental-health treatment, legal advice, financial advice, a diagnosis, a guarantee of spiritual truth, or a declaration of calling. You remain responsible for decisions and commitments.

Stages, access, and human judgment

Access to a deeper stage depends on the applicable offer, payment confirmation, record state, and any required human checkpoint. Automated output may be incomplete or wrong. The Steward Companion may organize evidence, suggest questions, and prepare bounded tasks, but it does not replace participant judgment, operator review, or a required checkpoint.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use the Services lawfully. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, submit content you are not authorized to share, extract private records, or use the Services to harm, harass, defraud, or surveil another person.

Purchases and incorporated policies

Prices, included stages, renewal terms, and delivery conditions are shown at checkout or in an order form. The Refund Policy, DPA, MSA, Security Notice, and Chargeback Policy are incorporated where applicable. A signed Order Form or MSA controls if it conflicts with these Terms for that engagement.

Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed to operate the Services. Big BAM owns the OrientShift methods, Constitution materials, software, prompts, templates, service marks, and other service materials. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create a competing service from them without written permission.

Disclaimers and limits

The Services are provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular result, or the accuracy of generated output. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Big BAM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Big BAM's total liability for a paid Service is limited to the amount paid for that Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except for liability that cannot legally be limited.

Refunds, disputes, and governing law

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. If a payment concern arises, contact us before initiating a chargeback when possible. Arizona law governs these Terms, and permitted court actions must be brought in Arizona unless a signed agreement or applicable law requires another forum.
